Sometimes they are caused by stress or other medical conditions; sometimes they are caused by the involuntary clenching or grinding of one’s teeth (also called bruxism). This amazing device is actually a miniature video camera that displays a close-up picture of the inside of your mouth. And it even has a little spotlight to illuminate the darkest of areas. You can see for yourself which teeth are doing fine and which may need a little attention. You’ll love how this works because you’ll not only hear about the state of your oral health – you’ll actually be able to see it!

With this new technology, we can examine the obscured areas of a single tooth or of your entire mouth with 90% less radiation than before. And we can do it faster and in a more environmentally friendly manner. Gone are the long waits for x-rays to be developed. Gone is the use of chemicals to develop x-ray film. Digital imaging is truly the triple crown of x-rays, and we are proud to offer it to our patients!
