Lori
Clarke Lori Clarke has been the Practice Manager for Burlington Dental Health Care since 2007. Her depth of knowledge in the dental field is vast. Over the last 20+ years, Lori has mastered the responsibilities of front desk administration, clinical and financial coordination, and total practice management. She has a deep-rooted love of dentistry and the multitude of ways in which it can enhance a patient’s life. Her particular interests are in implant and smile enhancement dentistry. Lori especially enjoys the opportunity to put people at ease with respect to their oral health needs; she finds her greatest satisfaction comes from helping patients to achieve a happy, healthy, and confident smile. Outside of the office, Lori enjoys working on graphic design projects, decorating her home, entertaining friends and family, and watching the Wisconsin Badgers. Her favorite pastime is any time spent with her husband, Gary, her two sons, Cole and Corey, and the family pooches, Bree and Buddy. |

Jan
Kitzrow A graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Jan has been a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for 23 years and has lived in the Burlington area since 1994. Jan has many reasons for loving her work as a hygienist; two of the most rewarding are the treating of periodontal disease and participating in the cutting edge of dental technology. She enjoys explaining the options available for cosmetic dentistry and the techniques to improve the overall improved health of our patients. Jan has two daughters and a yellow lab. When she’s not saving the world from gum disease, she spends a lot of her time in the north woods of Wisconsin bicycling, kayaking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, riding her Harley, and spending time with her boyfriend, Tim. |

Carol
Schimke Carol Schimke is our Administrative Assistant and our “Go To” person. She has worked in the dental field since 1999, and when it comes to scheduling, insurance, or account matters, there are few, if any, questions that Carol cannot answer. She joined our practice in 2007 and has made every day fun (for both the patients and the staff). She is the first person who will greet you when you enter our office, and you will immediately see that Carol is a people person who thoroughly enjoys working directly with patients. Whether it’s someone she has known for years or someone she has just met, Carol has the gift of making everyone feel welcomed and special. Carol graduated from Waterford High School. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and bowling in two leagues. She and her husband recently welcomed their first son! |

Alicia
Henderson Alicia Henderson has been a part of Burlington Dental Health Care since March 2010. She really enjoys the staff she works with and loves being a part of the team. She decided to become a dental hygienist because she enjoys working with patients of all ages and takes great satisfaction in educating them about their oral health. Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Sciences from Wayne State College, Wayne, NE, in 2001, and her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) degree from the University of South Dakota in 2005. As a student, she served as secretary of the Student American Dental Hygiene Association and is today an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. With her gentle hands and her caring demeanor, Alicia excels at making you feel at ease during your dental appointments. Outside of work, her greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with her husband, Eric, and her son, Kooper. She also enjoys attending athletic events, cooking, and being outdoors. |

Tammy
Cadman Tammy Cadman is a seasoned dental health professional. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) since 1994 and was a dental assistant for several years prior to becoming a hygienist. She is a gentle and caring hygienist who is not judgmental. Her primary focus is to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible during their appointments while simultaneously providing them with excellent dental care. She especially looks forward to helping patients achieve and maintain their good oral health goals. Tammy has lived in the Rochester/Burlington area her entire life. She is married and has two children. Tammy loves to laugh and have fun. She, her husband, and their children are extremely active in 4-H. In fact, during her free time, you will most likely find Tammy helping children with one of their many 4-H projects. |

Susan
Capozzi Susan is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and has been with our practice since 2008. Susan graduated from Southern Illinois University and gained her postgraduate experience at Michael Reese Hospital, the University of Chicago, and in private practices. Susan spent her first three years out of college as a dental assistant and the last 20+ years as a registered dental hygienist. She embraces the opportunity of working with patients of all ages. Susan is a certified tutor for dyslexic and learning challenged children. She teaches reading, coordinates challenges, and presents a dental health awareness program within the school district. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, quilting, and being an active member of her church. She has lived in Burlington for 10 years with her husband and six children. |

Keri Link Keri Link is the Dental Assistant for our practice. She graduated from Union Grove High School and went on to earn her Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting at Gateway Technical College. She joined our practice in 2006. Keri loves working with the patients and has a knack for helping them to be at ease. She makes sure that the patient’s visit is as pleasant as possible. In her free time Keri especially enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends. |
